Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Dadu Branch. The ideal candidate will manage branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Business Planning
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and relevant business managers to create and execute the annual business plan for the branch.
- Set realistic and achievable targets for staff, regularly reviewing and tracking performance to ensure goals are met.
Business Development
- Drive business growth across all products and services per the branch’s business plan and market potential.
- Identify and attract potential customers for liability products, building a diversified deposit portfolio while keeping costs within benchmarks set by the Head Office.
- Foster a culture of cross-selling all KMBL products and services through regular training and capacity building for the team.
Portfolio Management
- Conduct portfolio verification for asset and liability customers, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain key portfolio quality indicators within assigned benchmarks.
- Ensure influential roles of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Team Leaders (TLs) to enhance asset portfolio quality and diversification.
Profitability
- Maximize revenue generation while controlling the costs of branch operations to ensure profitability through sustainable business growth.
Service Quality
- Managed customer relationships, maintained internal service standards, and promptly addressed any service-related complaints.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure effective branch merchandising.
Compliance
- Implement sales, service, and customer delivery processes using KMBL policies and SBP regulations.
- Identify and address red flags, taking corrective measures in consultation with area management.
- Ensure effective standardized internal control and reporting procedures.
- Adhere to compliance on Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols throughout the customer relationship.
Staff Management/Development
- Supervise branch operations, focusing on asset and liability teams.
- Develop team performance on KMBL products and processes, ensuring regular knowledge refreshers.
- Identify training and development needs beyond branch capability and recommend appropriate training to fill skill gaps.
- Ensure staff productivity aligns with benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Preferably 16 years of education in a relevant field.
