Job Title: Relationship Manager- Islamic Banking




Job Description:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their banking needs are met and resolving any issues they may have.

New Business Development:

  • Identify and attract new clients to the bank by offering a range of financial products and services.
  • Develop strategies to grow the client base and enhance business opportunities.

Portfolio Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their financial needs are addressed effectively.
  • Regularly review and assess clients’ accounts to provide personalized advice and recommendations.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive, addressing client queries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and address any emerging needs.


Specific Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about the bank’s products and services to offer clients the most suitable options.
  • Provide clients with clear and accurate information about banking products, features, and benefits.


Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as credit, operations, and compliance, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Ensure all client requests are handled efficiently and accurately by coordinating with relevant teams.



Market Awareness:

  • Stay updated on market trends and changes to provide relevant advice and identify new business opportunities.
  • Use market knowledge to anticipate client’s needs and offer proactive solutions.



Documentation and Compliance:

  • Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Follow bank policies and procedures to maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.



Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle administrative responsibilities such as maintaining client records, preparing reports, and managing scheduling.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner.



Qualifications:

Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a relationship management or client-facing role in banking or finance.



Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong ability to manage client accounts and provide personalized financial advice.
  • Good understanding of banking products and services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proactive and able to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Salary Package:

  • Base Salary:50,000  to 60,000 per month, depending on experience.
  • Performance Bonus: Potential bonus based on performance and client satisfaction.
